Return & Refund Period
You may request a return or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Custom-made items or personal care products cannot be returned unless defective.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, even if the 15-day return window has passed.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@lovo.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.
Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, LOVO covers the return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
