1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.


2. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery (UAE):

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days

  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary on weekends, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fee: AED 35

  • Free delivery for orders above AED 300

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no response, re-delivery charges may apply.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order:

  1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  2. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link or courier update.


6. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Delayed

  • Lost

  • Damaged
