Refund Policy

At LOVO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.


Return & Refund Period

You may request a return or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Custom-made items or personal care products cannot be returned unless defective.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, even if the 15-day return window has passed.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@lovo.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

  3. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, LOVO covers the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable items

  • Custom or personalized products
